Frequently Asked Questions
You can look through the website and select the products you want and add it to the cart. After choosing you can check out fill necessary details and order. Payment will not be taken through the website. After checking the necessary details our team will contact you with the proper bill and you will be asked for the payment. As soon as you complete the payment, the goods will be packed and sent to the selected transportation mode.
After you place the order you will we contacted by us with available methods of payment. You can choose the best one which suits you.
After the payment you will be asked for the preferred method (Courier or Transport). As soon as the package is sent to the courier’s office the reciept will be sent to you.
No we do not have any policies for return. You can expect refund only if the product sent is damaged or wrong due to our fault. (Damage during transportation is not covered)
No, We currently do not provide the service of Cash On Delivery.
